About Marcus Abele

As a dedicated Group Leader and System Development Engineer, I bring over 20 years of robust experience in the automotive industry. For more than a decade, I have been actively shaping the pioneering field of power electronics and E-Mobility for BEV/PHEV vehicles, passionately driving the future of electrified drives. I lead a German engineering group and globally distributed engineering teams (e.g, in India, Hungary, China) in the development of innovative inverter solutions for OEMs worldwide. My expertise spans the entire product development chain: from requirements analysis (ASPICE-compliant) and system integration of complex functions (such as current detection, overcurrent protection and CAN communication) to successful series release and production optimization. With in-depth technical expertise in high-voltage power electronics and control unit development, I excel at mastering complex technical challenges and motivating teams to perform at their best. I am passionate about contributing my comprehensive technical knowledge and leadership experience to pioneering projects that advance the next generation of automotive electrification.
