About Marcus Adlam

I have been a union member of Laborer’s Local 5 since September 2013. I have always been willing and able to learn new skills within the trades and in order to add value to myself so that I have more to offer. I have spent significant time working as a laborer for the general contractor while gaining experience in working in a range of occupied spaces including several hospitals(Christ Hospital, Palos Hospital, Silver Cross, NMH, Rush, UChicagoMed, and others) schools, office spaces and apartment buildings. I have also spent significant time working in interior demolition.I am able to comfortably work in various construction setting and maintain the level of professionalism required to work within shared or occupied spaces and maintain the integrity and professionalism that it takes to work around non-construction personnel. What I bring the the table is that I am driven my the mindset that being good at what I do isn’t good enough for me. My goal is always to be the best at what I do and that pushes me to put my best foot forward at all times and allow my work ethic to match my mindset.
