About Marcus Anderson

Fabricator and owner of Big Reel Services Inc. I am extremely driven and dedicated to designing the most sought after equipment from around the world. My KISS (keep it simple stupid) approach to developing leading edge equipment has consistently proven beneficial both for keeping costs low for my clients and succeeding in business for 10 years. Design and project management skills were developed through my first passion of working on automobiles which led me to buy, repair and sell roughly 65 cars to date. Four years working on a drilling rig in the oil-patch contributed to my knowledge and understanding of the oil and gas industry. Thus, it is no surprise that Big Reel Services is a big part of that community. Whether I'm running a lathe in the shop or overseeing the big picture of a project, I am most comfortable side-by-side my employees working together in building a project and playing an active role in making it come to fruition. Outside of work you can catch me restoring old cars or fishing in some of the most beautiful places in the world, forever chasing the next big fish.
