As a highly motivated Senior IT Support Specialist, I possess over 14 years of extensive experience in systems management, network routing & switching as well as end user support. I am an analytical, critical thinker with soft skills and leadership qualities needed to deliver a strategic direction to any organization. My passion and dedication for technology coupled with my focus on customer satisfaction, has awarded me the opportunity to be employed in a field I absolutely enjoy. The field of Information technology and its framework has allowed me to settle in my desired niche as a career professional. In several roles I’ve held the position as a Network Support Technician. Working as a Network Technician my daily responsibilities included but were not limited to configuring, managing Cisco enterprise level routers & switches, along with various types of perimeter security devices. My experience in End User Support positions afforded me years of experience managing various user accounts via Active Directory, Okta Identity Management Service and Cisco Identity Services Engine. As a Senior IT Support Specialist, I have also been the point of contact for various technical vendors and 3rd party consultants. I have led complex IT infrastructure integrations, conversion and migration projects. I have also led quality assurance and process improvement efforts, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency. I’ve endured and completed training for CCENT as well as CCNA certifications and plan to continue my education and training throughout my career. I believe that punctuality coupled with a positive attitude is the first step in reaching goals.
