Experience as a Project and Program Manager, Manager, Facilitator, Trainer and Coach in Process Improvement / Business Excellence (BEx). This accumulated so far in 100+ million of annual (EUR) savings, Lean Startups / Agile way of working (outside ICT), new services and improved customer and employee satisfaction. Applying Lean and/or Six Sigma mostly within Services, Governmental and Manufacturing organizations. Serving >100 organisations within EMEA (mostly in the Netherlands). Latter years training and coaching Executives, General/ Line Managers, Project Managers and others in Europe (mostly in the Netherlands, UK and Belgium) in the Lean Six Sigma programme. Currently we are delivering Consultancy & Training services in the integrated field of High Performing Organisations and Teams, Sustainability & Lean/ Agility as well.
