I am a Property Nut. My passion for property was born at my family's dining room. When my father's boatbuilding business was forced to relocate, my parents became accidental landlords. We spent a lot of time at the dining table discussing the resulting property issues and I saw first-hand the downside when a leasing deal didn't work out. That was the lightbulb moment for me - no more bad property deals. So, I went to university to gain the qualifications I needed to help my parents. Since then, I have spent the last few decades helping businesses grow through successful property decisions and transactions.
