About Marcus Brant

my name is marcus brant and i have recently graduated my bachelor of landscape architecture degree at lincoln university in christchurch, new zealand. i am now looking to transition over to queensland, australia searching for a job to start my professional career as a landscape architect. i am known to be a hard working, dedicated individual that aspires to produce high quality work through excellent time management skills. these skills have developed from a combination of my landscape architecture, bartending and barista career background. my work ethic and dedication allowed me to achieve deans list in 2023, awarded to the top 5% of students at lincoln university. considering my ecology background adjacent to my landscape architecture degree, a clear design passion in my university projects had a strong connection with designing mutually beneficial landscapes that encourage both people and nature to co-exist within an urban landscape. outside of work i take part in various sport and fitness activities to allow my mind to refresh from the work environment. i have been involved with football since the age of 3, in recent years playing at a semi-professional level in new zealand. additionally, fitness and the gym is also a major part of my life as i believe maintaining a healthy lifestyle reflects positively on mindset and work ethic.
