About Marcus Broadus

I am a Workplace Community Lead at Wise, a global fintech company that makes money borderless and accessible for everyone. I have been with Wise for over five years, starting as a Workplace Community Coordinator in our Tampa office and growing to manage our Austin office, as well as providing remote support for our New York and Sao Paulo offices. In my current role, I oversee all aspects of office operations, from invoices and health and safety to office expansions and moves. I also create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for over 300 Wisers in Austin, by facilitating office engagement activities, such as our global mission update, holiday parties, and team-building events. I have a background in office management, vendor relations, and project management, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of Wisers. I am passionate about Wise's mission, values, and culture, and I am always looking for new ways to support our Wisers' well-being and professional growth.
