Dr. Castro holds an MBA from Cal Poly Pomona where he studied the nexus between employee development and goal achievement. In 2004, he received his doctorate in public administration from the University of La Verne focusing his research on the impact of employee inclusion on work effort and engagement. Marcus has consulted with an impressive list of agencies throughout California where he applies his breakthrough holistic approach to confronting workplace culture and conflict: “People-Issues-Change-Engage.” Dr. Castro is a seasoned veteran clients call upon to diagnose and diffuse complex people problems in mission critical settings. He has deployed innovative approaches to address defensive behaviors and refocus inertia toward the customer and organizational goals. His outspoken straight forward approach has helped transform organizational cultures in the public, private and cause-driven nonprofit sectors.
