I am a Skillbridge Intern at AllegiantVets, a company that provides career transition services and support to veterans and military spouses. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where I am learning about human behavior and mental processes. My core competencies include attention to detail, office administration, and communication. Before joining AllegiantVets, I served as an Executive Administrative Assistant and a Hospitality and Fitness Management specialist in the United States Air Force for over eight years. I provided high-level administrative support to senior officers and executives in these roles, coordinated meetings, managed complex calendars, and handled various administrative tasks. I also oversaw and executed top-notch hospitality services and fitness programs for military personnel, their families, and visitors, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and promoting health and well-being. I have acquired multiple certifications from Google in technical support, computer networking, and system administration, which have enhanced my technical skills and knowledge. I am passionate about supporting veterans and military spouses in their career transition, and I believe that my diverse experiences and skills can contribute to the mission and vision of AllegiantVets.
