I think of my self as an eager and enthusiastic person who knows how to set goals as well as what it takes to achieve them. I believe the success I have had in reaching my professional goals is due to my ability to appropriately apply my skill sets to the aspects of my career which are most important to me. In addition, my attentive and fully invested approach to life continues to help me circumnavigate obstacles and setbacks. I am a person who enjoys being able to think through problems thoroughly. I understand the importance of critical thought and deliberation before committing to a solution or plan of action. I am comfortable taking the lead in a group setting when working towards the completion of a project. However, I am also ready to be delegated to and I welcome constructive criticism because, of course, any project needs cooperation as well as sound leadership.
