Thrives in stressful situations, analytical thinker, and keen ability to solve complex problems. In my professional life, embracing diversity has been a cornerstone to my success. The added benefit of being a military child is inclusion and diversity through being immersed in different cultures. Living in different countries made working with the VA for the last 9 years that much more impactful and built character and understanding to work with a variety of veterans, caregivers, teammates, and stakeholders from different nationalities, backgrounds, genders, and personalities while handling different types of encounters. In everything I do, I remain grounded in service, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Whether navigating system limitations, collaborating with stakeholders, or guiding change, I bring integrity, focus, and a relentless drive for operational excellence. Beyond my organizational work, I volunteer as a mentor for young men and women in my hometown of Killeen, TX where we provide consistent, long-term mentorship to youth ages 14-18, fostering personal growth, academic achievement, and life skills development. Outside of work, I am a devout husband to my amazing wife, big time foodie with any Asian influence being my top cuisine, proud servant in the men’s ministry, young adult ministry, and marriage ministry at our church. I am learning the challenging, difficult, frustrating, yet very fun sport of golf. I really enjoy bowling, and I like to have fun on the billiards table as well.
