About Marcus Elliott

Day Supervisor with experience in plant operations and project work. In my currently role I report to the manufacturing manager. As part of the Nutritional lead team I am responsible for the day to day running of three manufacturing plants. I started my dairy career as an operator and have recently been promoted to my new role. I have a broad range of skills both with respect to people and plant and I have a strong interest in Health & Safety. I also run a small grazing operation at home and am responsible for the planning budgeting and operations involved in farming in a small scale. Whether it’s work or play I like to succeed, I strive to have things running right and maintain a high level progression. To do the job right you need the right tools. Solid hands on experience with Farming and farm equipment and Truck Driving. Strong operations and professional knowledge from some great previous bosses and colleagues I have worked with. Recently graduated from Waikato Institute of Technology, with continuing studies until 2020. Family man father of three beautiful daughters, I believe in the importance of balance between work and family. Like to work hard play hard.
