WHAT I DO Project Lead in Talent Aquisition & Attraction at Länsförsäkringar Stockholm. I have been responsible for rebuilding the recriutment process from the ground up and currently have the main responsibility for internal recruitment from start to finish. Additionally, I work strategically and proactivly to attract new talent through employer branding and improving pre-/onboarding. WHO I AM Organised - Responsive - Humble A burning passion for recruitment and Human Recources. An interest that started during my studies of psychology and behavior. My goal is to evolve in positions that value my skills and my drive. My most inspired work has been in places where I have had opportunities to make changes, optimize and add true value.
