Gladstone is focused on health care services, ecommerce, technology (digital assets), and investments that provide wealth preservation. The Private Equity arm of Gladstone was wound up in 2025. Co-founded a Real Estate Private Placement and Qualified Investors Fund and raised €30 million in value capital from a New York/London based hedge fund, for private placement towards companies holding state regulated residential housing in Central Europe that were looking to liquidate their assets via bulk sales.(Similar to Viterra and other investment funds in Germany) Board Advisor & Director for a GCC Telecom EPC firm focused on government infrastructure contracts.$290 million USD, Developer Contractor finance (2010, Singapore/Chinese) Raised €237.5 million Euro. Value Capital for Acquisition of common shares of a Hold Co.
