About Marcus Fuller

I am an accomplished 28 year experienced public sector local government executive with the unique professional background of a licensed civil engineer and land surveyor with a Master’s in Public Administration. I had the privilege of advancing beyond public works and engineering to the executive level of local government including the great opportunity to lead the city of Rialto for 18 months as its City Manager. I have had the rare chance to learn all elements of local government operations applying my analytical skills learned as an engineer to all areas of city management including development services, personnel management, budget and finance, public safety, parks & recreation and more. As an employee who started at the entry level as an Assistant Engineer in La Paz County (AZ) in 1995 and advanced over 28 years to the highest executive level - I have seen it all and am thankful for the opportunities given to me by the City Councils and City Managers I have worked with. Looking forward to applying my professional engineering, program and project management experience to public sector clients with the full support of the dedicated team at Harris & Associates!
