Background

About Marcus Garcia Hoffmann

As Senior Legal Counsel, I support strategic management decisions and innovative business models in a global competitive environment. My role covers numerous operating companies in Europe, including Germany, Spain, Portugal and Central and Eastern Europe. As the direct point of contact for various business units such as Procurement, Sales, R&D, Quality and Finance, I work closely with all levels of management to identify legal risks, negotiate contracts and develop and implement legal strategies. With many years of experience as a lawyer in the field of reorganization and restructuring advice as well as insolvency administration, I have actively supported the operational continuation of insolvent companies of various sizes and industries. My Executive MBA degree with a focus on management, leadership, entrepreneurship and digitalization complements my practical skills and enables me to apply my knowledge in a targeted manner in an entrepreneurial context.
