About Marcus Gravin

I am a highly organized, diligent and adaptable project and resource manager valuing clear and timely communication as a foundation for successful project work. On the international arena, with various project streams, and project members (internal teams, partners, colleagues) located all over the planet, building a suitable platform for communication is key. I thoroughly enjoy management and administration, where I´m able to use both my natural skills and accumulated knowledge in leading projects to success. I´ve been working in payroll for over a decade; technically as specialist and consultant, and in implementations I´ve both done and overseen local and multinational setup projects for small to large companies employees); implementing payroll and data communication platforms, T&A and HR connectivity solutions, external system interfaces etc. My peers know me as a self-driven, helpful and assertive problem solver, always focusing on quality outcomes. Aside from project management I’m a Certified Health Coach. Coaching skills and methodology have proven exceedingly valuable in my day-to-day job as well, where listening and appropriate communication is so important.
