As a Customer Solutions Specialist at Ally, I have been working for over seven years to minimize net credit losses by maximizing dollars recovered from written-off accounts. I adhere to all state and federal laws in handling accounts and communicate effectively with outside vendors on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. I also build solid peer-to-peer relationships within my team to meet operational needs. In addition to my current role, I have experience as a Retention Specialist at AT & T, where I enhanced customer retention and satisfaction by providing outstanding and prompt customer services. I understood customer needs and recommended appropriate products and rate plans. I also analyzed customer feedback, negotiated with customers, implemented retention strategies, and compiled reports for sales managers. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Central Baptist College and an Associate of Science in Computer Information System from UACCM.
