Nov. 2022 onwards I am working for Capgemini Germany as Sector Lead for CPRDT. Responsible for "Thought Leadership Insights & Data" within CPRDT industry and positioning as well as further development of the I&D portfolio on the market. My History: I worked at IBM since the acquisition of PwC Consulting 2002 and worked for IBM Global Business Services, Industry Public within Practice DMS & Workflow as an IBM certified Senior Managing Consultant. As a lead GBS consultant for Case and Document Management Solutions for Government in Germany his main responsibilities were solution offerings and GoToMarket for ECM projects within GBS, Industry Public, lastly for Justice. Since beginning of 2011 I moved to SWG Germany and was assigned to the Central Eastern Europe region. As Solutions Sales Leader I was responsible on Business Development of IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products, solutions and/or services. Following I worked within IBM Software Group Germany as Sales Leader for Advanced Case Management and Content Analytics with Enterprise Search across all Industries focused in Retail & CPG and I was responsible for Business Development of these two focus areas. Continuing more focusing on Content Analytics I was responsible for Content Analytics business for Retail industry in DACH. Jan 2014, I joined IBM Watson Group and I was responsible for Watson Core Solutions as Sales Leader for DACH & CEE. Mid of 2015 onwards I worked as Solutions Professional within IBM Analytics DACH to evangelize Analytics and Cognitive Solutions across western Europe. My final role was within IBM Cognitive Solutions as a Cognitive and Watson solutions trusted advisor for DACH in Retail. Jan 2018 I started working for adesso SE in Dortmund as Senior Business Development Manager for Retail and Artificial Intelligence, responsible for Retail solution portfolio, driving innovation and GoToMarket in DACH. Dec. 2020 onwards I worked for ALDI Nord as part of the executive team within Advanced Technology Solutions. My focus was Customer Relationship & Communication Solutions in order to serve Customer Interactions and create a unique digital and seamless customer interaction and experience. Overall, I have more than 20 years of experience in working for international consultancy companies like PwC and IBM Global Business Services and was engaged in DACH, CEE and worldwide (Iceland and USA) Engagements. I do have a broad background of Retail business and in cognitive solutions for more than 20 years.
