About Marcus Henderson

I AM whatever position you (as the Employer) place me. I care deeply about any task I undertake as well as my team. My work biography "kicked off" back when I was a kid. One day after the Lunch rush (in Grade School), I stayed in the Cafeteria to assist the staff. I received a quarter from one of the ladies. This got the attention of the Janitor, John who later hired me to clean the lunchroom for $20/week. At 7 yrs. young, I was helping my next door neighbors, The Gillepsies, with bringing in the groceries, cutting the lawn with my Grandpa on the weekends and janitorial work after the last lunch rush. I'm usually a cerebral person.both in systems and being conscientious of others. My methodical and thorough approach to many tasks make me a 'pain' to those who just want to "punch-in 'n leave". My vanity is tied to how well we look-aesthetically and systematically-on the job. If you are familiar with the character,"Mr. Wolfe" from Tarantino's 1994 Drama/Crime Film,'Pulp Fiction', then you fully understand my role in ANY job.once I know the problem/what needs to be done.
