Currently, I am a organization consultant and program manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where I’ve collaborated with various Government Agencies to ensure positive customer experiences. My specialties include program management, organizational communications and development, leadership, coaching, mentorship, and customer experience improvement.
