I am a plant physiologist specialised in plant pathology and plant phenotyping. I have received my doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) from RWTH Aachen in 2007 and have worked as a researcher in plant phenotyping from 2007 to 2014 at Forschungszentrum Jülich. Since 2014 I am Chief Scientist at LemnaTec. I am working on using non-invasive measurements for plant phenotyping. This comprises using cameras and related sensors to collect parameters that relate to and describe phenotypic plant properties.
