I am Master of Business Administration and also Bachelor of Mechanical Production Engineer with 12 years of experience in the automotive industry. I have a deep technical expertise on Quality with knowledge of automotive product development and manufacturing process for Body Interior System, interfaces with Body Exterior components, Electrical system, Vehicle Engineering and Powertrain. In addition, my creative, innovative and investigative mindset associated with my characteristic to being proactive, helpful and friendly supports me to perform well in all activities. I am able to work on new product development, basic concept / design definition, manufacturing, design changes, product performance improvement, cost reduction, product quality improvement to meet customer expectations, new technologies, leadership and teamwork. As a Product Engineer I have the ability to design definition according to design rules / requirements and benchmarking study, development with focus on UX & Design Thinking, design validation testing, supplier and timing management, cost control, launch, execute - track and coordinate part / component design changes, identify design solutions, prepare reports and support on meetings. As a Quality Engineer I have the ability to identify and solve quality issues, work together with suppliers to improve quality, translate the voice of the customer and improve quality product performance, quality assessment for new products based on customer expectation, forecast of quality indicators according product performance, quality audit during all product development phase, support Design Engineers with quality disciplines as coach and application of quality tools, track and coordinate design changes, prepare reports and support on meetings. As result of my problem-solving perception and analytical skills I made various design changes achieving quality improvement in several components, as well as design optimization, product performance improvement, communization and cost reduction being recognized during all my career.
