About Marcus Lapointe

With over 10+ years of experience in facilities management and administration. I currently work as an Infrastructure Manager II at Fermilab, where I: Manage the relationship with the client and the department, Prepare long-range EOL facilities planning, Run failure analysis projections, Conduct facilities inspections and monitoring, and learn about the science that goes on in the labs. I am also a passionate entrepreneur and writer, who owns and operates HandPrint Content, a company that provides ghost writing, content creation, and blogging to businesses. I have written and published multiple articles on topics such as contract administration, change management, and adversity. Handprint Content also works with would-be writers that need a break from the frustration of writer's block. A secret passion of mine is data. Data and research. Both have helped me in all my careers and I expect to help in all the rest that will come. Diagnosing situations is fun, change is harder, success is awesome. I enjoy learning new skills and pursuing educational opportunities, such as learning Spanish, playing the guitar, and reading business books. My goal is to provide value and solutions to my clients and partners, and to create environments of growth and sustainability for myself and others.
