Team leader and qualified lawyer with almost 20 years of in-house experience in German and international TV/film production and streaming; advanced knowledge of the entertainment industry, Business Affairs and media law (often with an international component) to deliver tangible business value while managing risk. Using my expertise and hands-on experience from scripted (series and film), documentary, factual entertainment, live-show and comedy television and streaming productions and the ability to align challenging content production as well as corporate/strategic goals with applicable business solutions and legal framework, I have compiled a strong record of finding legally solid, workable solutions and negotiation results for day-to-day TV and streaming production, HR, business strategies and special projects such as joint-ventures, re-orgs or M&A. As a member of the senior management team I am strategically thinking and follow technical and business trends to support organic and inorganic growth.
