My recent decision to chart a new course in project management brings together my intense passions for people and problem-solving. I am currently persuing the Google Project Management Professional Certificate, honing skills project lifecycle management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and process optimization. Fueled by the excitement of my ongoing learning, I am dedicated to sharpening my skills so that I may drive successful project outcomes. Throughout my career, I have commited my effort toward collective achievement and a job well done. I am a thoughtful servent-leader, intent on building alignment cultivating buy-in and installing ownership amoungst my teams. In my former position as a Production Supervisor, I maintained the consist flow of products through retention and preparation for 5 production lines. Ensuring compliance to company and government standards of quality, sanitation and safety. Established and sustained sound relationships with all 25 production line employees. Coordinated effective interchange of information amoug various departments. Now, I'm eager too connect with fellow project managment enthusiasts, who like me believe that communication and collaboration are the keys to generating results. I am a quick study, a reliable ally, and i will be just the type of colleague you can count on.
