Proven track record of delivering ERP implementation projects, new features and control systems, with high customer satisfaction. Practice areas include cross-functional teams and complex sales cycles, Project/Service Management, People Management related to ERP implementation. I started my career in the quality control area to implement ISO which gave me the basis of experience in defining business processes and controls, working closely with the family that opened their own business and then in purchasing area of Multinacional Automotiva allowing great knowledge about operation and manufacturing area. After years, I decided to get involved with IT, when I had the opportunity to start working with the implementation of ERP systems. Recently studying Data Analysis and Business Intelligence and deepening knowledge to help companies on their Digital journey. My initial education and previous experience in administration and supply gave me the opportunity to solidify and increase my understanding and learning about the integration of business processes from different types of industries and extensive experience in the field of business design.
