Marcus has over 26 years experience working in the construction and civil engineering industries in many sectors such as; retail, commercial, residential, education, rail, roads & bridges, airports and also the oil & gas industry as a Commercial Manager and Claims Consultant proving financial management, tender review and estimating, tender adjudicating, pre contract review, post contract administration, risk management, dispute avoidance and production of contractual claims / dispute advice for Contractor's and Employers alike. He has provided assistance to legal teams in litigation proceedings, and represented Contractors / Subcontractors and Employers in conciliation proceedings in Ireland. Marcus is an approved / registered Arbitrator in two Countries, with the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK, and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in the United Arab Emirates. In addition to LCIA & DIAC appointments he is also accepting nominations from Parties in dispute to sit on the Arbitral Tribunal Panel, subject to a successful conflict of interest check.
