About Marcus Melkersson

As a Senior Manager at Cordial AB, I have over 15 years of experience in advising and leading business transformation initiatives for Swedish companies. I specialize in strategy execution, business architecture, business model innovation, and servitization, which is the shift from selling products to enriching customer experience and value capture. My mission is to help producing companies become more sustainable, competitive, and customer-centric by applying better approaches to innovation, scaling and transformation. In part I work with C-level executives and heads of commercial, sales, product, and IT to identify, design and implement strategic changes that enable them to offer products as a service and create new sources of revenue and differentiation. In part I also help redesign, build and acquire the capabilities needed to facilitate the change itself. I make change happen together with the customer teams. Finally I grow our customers capability to execute. As a coach and trainer I bring practice to the table and grow the skillsets within the customer's organization to make the change happen. As a business designer I redesign the ways to innovate, scale up and transform businesses.
