I have over three years of experience in customer service, problem solving, and troubleshooting, as well as facilitation, team lead, and supervisory roles. I have been recognized as one of the top five client service specialists in North America, and as a team leader at a business fair. I also have certifications in customer service foundations, systems thinking, and human centered design.
