My clients include Executives, Senior Leadership teams, Director’s, HR/L&D leads, and Corporate Communications professionals. About me? Well, I am calm, patient, focused, balanced, open-minded and resourceful, dedicated to enabling the human in the system to flourish and grow – whatever that person’s system may be. Through my company, The Bureau Consultancy, I provide bespoke consultancy and advisory services and run tailored learning and development training programmes for my corporate clients, enabling team cohesion, driving strategic business change and creating powerful stakeholder engagement. My background has given me a unique perspective and training in communicating and negotiating during high-stakes situations. I have military service in high-performing Commando and Airborne units in the British Forces, and was a Senior Ranking UK Police Officer, with particular specialisms in Crisis & Hostage Negotiations dealing with kidnap-for-ransom and suicide intervention incidents. I have extensive experience running teams responsible for crisis management and investigating serious and complex crime. To ensure I continue my ongoing professional and personal development, I am an ILM PG Dip Level 7 Executive Coach, and currently studying an MSc in Communication, Human Behaviour and Deception Detection.
