About Marcus Oliveira

I grew up in Brazil surrounded by creativity, and pretty early on I knew design was the path I wanted to take. My first steps were designing posters, brand identities, and campaigns for a small events agency—nothing fancy, but it gave me the spark. Within a year, I broke into advertising as a Junior Art Director, and that’s where things really started moving. From there, it was a steady climb: Art Director, Head of Art, Associate Creative Director. Each step meant new challenges, new clients, and bigger responsibilities, and I loved every bit of it. I got to work with some of the big players in the industry, delivering campaigns and design solutions that actually made an impact. But I’ve never been the type to stay comfortable. Hungry to keep learning and pushing myself, I first moved to Canada, then to Qatar where I stepped into Senior Designer and Design Director roles, before finally landing in Berlin, Germany. Each stop gave me new perspectives and tools, and Berlin is where my world of design opened up even more. Instead of sticking to one lane, I started exploring design in all its forms—branding, advertising, product visualization, motion, graphic design, and animation. For me, it’s not just about making things look good, it’s about using creativity as a tool to solve problems, tell stories, and make ideas come alive in ways that connect with people.
