About Marcus Paris

Throughout my career as an educator I have held the positions of teacher, curriculum coordinator, assistant principal and principal. In addition, I have worked in all cycles of education which has allowed me to gain experience at the elementary, middle school and high school level. Furthermore, my experiences in educational administration in both the United States and the United Arab Emirates has allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills necessary for success in an international setting. As an administrator, I have also had the opportunity to not only increase student achievement, but to also improve organizational systems and processes within the schools, manage and lead successful leadership teams, optimize the learning environment for students and establish productive relationships with the parents and the community. My strengths also include effective internal and external communication, multicultural awareness, and a commitment to on-going professional development.
