About Marcus Paulus

Marcus Paulus has more than 35 years experience in various aspects of project management including project development and implementation, facilitation, auditing and consulting. Specific areas of interest includes M&A projects, organizational development, large capital projects, project governance, project risk management, assessment and recovery of troubled projects, claim management. In the recent years he developed his core competencies in program management and in managing a heterogeneous enterprise project portfolio. As a Senior Consultant and as an Internal Consultant/Coach, Marcus managed and supported a wide variety of Projects in Central and Eastern Europe. His project experience spans a wide range of projects in Real Estate area, Business Change Projects, Business Transformation, Post Merger Integration and IT Projects. Marcus has an extensive knowledge in the area of Facility Management with focus on establishing asset management strategy, management of transition from construction to operations, development, implementation and enforcement of BIM Standards. Since 2012 he is SME at ISO TC 258 at the development of the ISO 21500 family, the ISO standards for project, program and portfolio management.
