I am a TV director who can also vision mix. I specialise in multi-camera studio work, in particular live rolling news. I worked my way up through the ranks at Sky News from autocue operator to director. I then moved to Bloomberg Television before entering the freelance market. I now have a staff job again after being headhunted. I am calm under pressure, authoritative and diplomatic with rapid reaction times, first class command of written and spoken English and the proven ability to get on with people and make them laugh while being an effective team leader. I am creative with a critical eye and a sense of humour. I am passionate about television, both as a programme maker and a viewer.
