I help Salesforce customers go from siloed, invisible, and reactive — to integrated, visible, and in control. As CTO at Kaizen ICT — Salesforce ANZ Customer Success Partner of the Year (2024) — I lead customer advisory and platform strategy, working directly with exec teams to turn Salesforce into a driver of clarity and momentum. We work with two kinds of businesses: Product-based companies — with reps on the road, internal sales teams, shared inboxes, and no central view of the customer Project-led businesses — construction, energy, and asset-heavy industries buried in admin — juggling POs, work orders, scheduling, billing, and compliance with no clear oversight Service-driven businesses — SaaS, media, consulting, and digital firms struggling to track quotes, delivery, and renewals in spreadsheets and inbox threads Most come to us with no CRM, or a tangle of tools that don’t talk to each other.
