About Marcus Sinewe

I am an emergency medicine physician with specific interests in medical simulation and social emergency medicine. While active duty, I was able to explore austere emergency medicine and learn then teach the high pressure dynamics of deployable Ground Surgical Teams (GST). I have vast clinical experiences getting to practice emergency medicine in Washington, Virginia, Minnesota, Ohio, Alaska, and overseas while deployed. These exposures have given me an interest in teaching the next generation of medical professionals as well as finding creative solutions to common problems plaguing our healthcare system. Clinically I love caring for underserved populations and bridging the gap left by difficulties of access to primary care and social services. Following my time active duty in the Air Force, I am pursuing a simulation fellowship at Stanford University.
