I would be a great addition to your team. I may not fall within the full criteria you are looking for, but I am a driven individual who works well when challenged with tasks. My work ethic speaks for itself. I have achieved a lot in my retail career starting with becoming co-manager at ‘Solstice’ sunglasses at the age of 19 until I was 21. Driving not only myself, but my team with Sales, and Operations being one of the only stores nationwide to hit a Million dollars! This lead into my career at ‘David's Bridal’ becoming Operations Manager after 4 weeks and then being offered my own store at ‘Lovisa’ where I flourished and became a District trainer. As District trainer, I was responsible for creating not only the scheduling for my home-base store, but for 4 other stores in the company as well. I was responsible for certifying each staff member in piercing and teaching the managers of each store the operational aspects of the business all within 2 weeks! 1 week in person & 1 week virtually. My work consisted of weekly individual touch bases with all managers leading a Regional conference call weekly and touch bases with the district manager to discuss the status of each store. Along with that my feedback on the trainings, and if more time was needed. I was responsible for fully staffing each store and onboarding them all by working closely with the recruiter and HR hiring manager curating + executing floor action plans for my home bases and the other stores I was responsible for as well. I have achieved a lot in my career thus far that I am proud of and I work best when being challenged while using my skill set and experiences.
