My name is Marcus Sutherland. I am 28 years old and a qualified Plumber by trade.I currently work at Greater Western Water as the Senior Advisor for Recycled Water and Compliance. This role has me on the forefront of construction auditing ensuring all work carried out within the water sector adheres to a strict code of installation with our primary aim of risk prevention and environmental longevity.Prior to this role I spent the last 9 years of my carreer progressing through the ranks with a small family owned plumbing company to reach my goals and achievements as a Plumbing Supervisor.I learnt alot about the plumbing industry having studied at Victoria University to recieve my cert in plumbing along side working for 9 years with a company gifted the Wyndham business award in 2019. I'm a strong believer in challenging myself in every one of life's endeavours and believe results and growth are achieved through adversity and dedication.Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and respect are some of my key beliefs inside and outside of the work force.I currently hold - VBA plumbing registration - Cert in plumbing degree- Working from heights ticket- First aid and CPR ticket -Arctic mechanical ticket If I'm not training in the gym or keeping fit through boxing I can be found in the garage working on my car or adventuring through the bush offroad to discover and experience some of the amazing gifts this country has to offer.
