About Marcus Washington

I’m a mission-driven professional with a unique blend of frontline experience in education and results-driven success in B2B and inside sales. Over the last decade, I’ve helped students grow as a classroom teacher, coach, and mentor—especially in Title I settings where trust, communication, and solutions matter most.My professional background also includes leading sales conversations with residential and business clients, consistently closing deals, and building lasting relationships. I now bring both perspectives—the language of educators and the strategy of sales—to help schools and organizations partner more effectively.I’m passionate about student development, equity, and helping communities implement tools that actually work. My long-term vision is to create scalable systems that empower young people while building sustainable partnerships with schools. If you're in the education, EdTech, or youth development space looking for people who can build bridges and get results, let’s connect. I'm always open to conversations that align with my mission of expanding student opportunity through innovation and impact in K–12 systems.
