I’m a customer service expert who enables customers to thrive. I strive to help my customers explore, access, engage and enjoy products and services that will create satisfaction and improve their lives. My skill set and experience has been succesfully applied to several different industries. I have a growth mindset and continuously want to learn. I flourish in process driven roles, and I always seek to make processes more efficient for my employers. I am currently a passionate owner of a small business called Crystal Chip, operating a fine glass repair workshop in Mosman. I’m now seeking a new role to further develop my professional career. When I’m not with my customers, I’m assisting my wife, Jess, as a co-owner of Past Connections Antiques in Mosman, and caring for our two kids, Denzil 9 and Helena 6. I was the proud coach of Sacred Heart Mosman Junior Soccer, and volunteer and supporter of the Gift of Bread Program charity, feeding the poor.
