I am an experienced education professional and newly appointed Curriculum Coordinator in a special school, with a background spanning inner-city, rural, and suburban primary / secondary settings across the South West.I specialise in inclusive practice, curriculum development, and safeguarding, with a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable learners, including children in care. I believe every child deserves a curriculum that is ambitious, accessible, and adapted to their individual needs.Safeguarding underpins all aspects of my work. I prioritise creating safe, nurturing environments where pupils can develop resilience, independence, and confidence.My practice promotes curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication. Alongside my educational experience, I hold a first-class degree in Information Technology and have led IT provision in two schools, ensuring technology enhances both learning and operational efficiency.I am driven to build inclusive systems, empower staff, and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
