With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, innovation, and transformation, I am passionate about improving the quality, access, and equity of care for the most vulnerable and complex populations. As the President and Chief Medical Officer at myLaurel, I oversee the clinical, operational, and strategic direction of the leading provider of high-acuity, high-complexity care in patients' homes. I am driven by the mission of creating a better care journey for patients who would otherwise face the conventional acute care system, and delivering value-based outcomes for our partners and stakeholders. In my current role, I leverage my expertise in healthcare IT, clinical excellence, and network performance improvement to design and implement a unique Rapid Advanced Care model that is tailored to the needs of frail and complex patients. I also lead the development and expansion of myLaurel's clinical programs, partnerships, and workforce, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction.
