I am passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources because I love advocating for people, employees, employers, and clients within organizations. We spend a great deal of our day at work, and during that time, we should feel like our work matters and that we are all valued. As HR professionals, we are the bridge that can make that happen. I have a passion for building strong teams through strategic hiring, onboarding, and process improvement. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a SHRM-CP certification, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to every challenge I face. My background spans several industries where I’ve led efforts to create efficient, people-first onboarding experiences that align new hires with company culture and long-term goals. A key strength throughout my career has been identifying operational gaps. I’ve successfully introduced and integrated software solutions that have improved communication, reduced manual workloads, and saved both time and costs. I’m excited to continue growing in roles that value both people and process, where HR plays a central role in driving business results.
