Our Relationships are our story. I listen to stories every day that are rich & authentic. Stories of pain, confusion, fear & worry. Ultimately the stories are about, our desire to be heard, acknowledged, loved, known & accepted. The Relationship Road-map can be big & bumpy! Narratives both personal & professional can clash. When we choose a life partner or a profession, we pick a story, often finding ourselves performing in a play we didn’t audition for. The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives both at home & work. Relational intelligence is now one of the top determinants of success. Modern day life has seen rules replaced with choices. We face uncertainty & doubt daily. Our relationships have never been more complex. For much of my life I have been curious about what makes relationships work & what contributes to their demise. I have searched for understanding & sought to share my knowledge with others. My own Relationship Road-map has at times been uncertain, however the break-ups, breakdowns & breakthroughs have profoundly influenced my journey. From the bedroom to the boardroom, I'm passionate about engaging with individuals & couples encouraging them to push boundaries, ask the hard questions, be brave & reach their full potential. I’ve had the privilege of training & working with the world’s best therapists & researchers who have generously shared their time & practical wisdom. I have lived & worked all over the world, challenging conventional wisdom. My tools and strategies are straightforward practical & down to earth. I hold qualifications in Relationship Therapy, Clinical Sexology, Positive Psychology, Family Therapy, Emotional IQ, Corporate Coaching & Counselling. Together we will find the best version of you. Florence & New York are my favourite cities. I call Adelaide home where I direct a private practice. Contemplating making the Gold Coast my 2nd home? When not consulting I enjoy great restaurants, good champagne, travel & cuddles with Boo Boo our therapy dog.
