I am an accomplished graphic designer with over 15 years experience in the licensing industry. As Head of Creative I lead the concept and design of a varied range of product, coordinating and overseeing the work of a large design department. This requires the ability to balance the creative capability of the team, whilst providing them mentorship to inspire exceptional creative thinking and a high standard of work. I have a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with and meet the commercial needs of our clients. • Lead a talented art team to deliver on projects and find creative solutions to technical challenges. • Review and approve work developed by the art team. • Provide clear, objective, constructive, and empathetic critiques of creative work. • Help and mentor individual designers to develop their design skills, and grow as team members and designers. • Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities. • Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and on brief. • Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals. • Provide quality control over design outputs and production. • Identify opportunities for improving design processes and technologies, and collaborate with the team to implement them. • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and the ability to prioritise and manage workload to ensure deadlines are met.
