With an MBA degree and a background in systems engineering, I have a strong combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and strategic vision. My core competencies include business change management, enterprise architecture, data architecture, acquisition integration, digital shift, and project steering. I have successfully implemented common processes for sales and production units supported by SAP S/4 Hana, working with in-house teams and external multinational partners. I have also facilitated the efficient merger of IT and supply chain functions, optimizing product and financial flows, consolidating data, and relocating warehouses.
