About Marek Cukras

In my work, I combine an analytical approach with relationship building. Active listening and gathering information about business needs are crucial for me, as they enable the creation of effective development programs that meet the company’s expectations. This allows me to effectively support the organization’s growth by tailoring actions to its specific requirements and goals. As a soft skills trainer, I have conducted over 600 hours of training in both in-person and online formats. I was responsible for designing and updating common training sessions. I specialize in communication and assertiveness in business, stress management, storytelling, coaching skills, training new internal trainers, and supporting the development of employees at various levels. Specialist in designing, organizing, and coordinating employee development programs, with a primary focus on language skills development. Collaborating with external course providers and internal senior management, I successfully organized and coordinated language courses for over 400 individuals within 3 years.
