Marek Debowski is a Senior Managing Consultant in the Strategy and Analytics Practice in IBM Global Business Services group. Mr. Debowski has fourteen years of EA (Enterprise Architecture) consulting experience, primarily in the Energy & Utilities, Public (Government, Education, Health), and Mining & Oil Sectors; also in Industrial (Automotive, Electronics), Telecom, Distribution (Retail), and Financial Services Sectors. Mr. Debowski specializes in all domains of Enterprise Architecture, i.e, Business, Data, Application and Technology Architecture, uses multiple EA models / frameworks / tools (e.g. TOGAF, CBM, SOA, Zachman). Also, Mr. Debowski has performed multiple projects in IT Strategy, IT Assessment, IT Solution, and IT Optimization focusing on APM – Application Portfolio Management and TCO-Total Cost of Ownership. Mr. Debowski has eighteen years experience in a software development environment working in the Toronto IBM Laboratory. Mr. Debowski has an excellent balance between consulting, project management skills and hands-on technical experience in software and hardware development ranging from feasibility studies, consulting and architecture to design, development and testing. Mr. Debowski has been exposed to multi-site international projects in North America, Europe and Japan.
